new comer wants help, what midi keyboard?

can anybody recommend a midi keyboard.

it must be small, in-expensive, to be used

with a low spec. home p.c. only,

not as a stand alone item.

it must have muti-voice and be touch sensitive.

it is to be use as a piano tutor until we have

room for a full size piano.

any ideas?

What's your budget? synth style keys or weighted keybed? Need speakers?

 

Since you're getting ready for a piano the weighted keybed maybe a better option.. maybe not. As someone who played with synths too long my transition to piano was painful.

 

Trying to be as specific as possible (actually, you were more than most people that ask the same question).

 

Do you mean multivoice as having many sounds or being multitimbral?
