Multiple PCI Sound Card Set-ups...How ?

I've been thinking of adding a Korg Oasys PCI card to my rig and here is the dilemma....I have a DSP Factory sound card, on a Mac, Cubase VST 32. How does one use two sound cards, each with it's own ASIO driver, at the same time. As far as I know only one ASIO driver is active at a time within Cubase. (Is that correct ?) So, if I wanted to use the Oasys sounds via OMS and at the same time process some audio tracks via DSP Factory, would this be possible ?

How do multiple PCI card set-ups work in general ? Esp. with their own ASIO drivers ?
