chanter Posted March 17, 2001 Share Posted March 17, 2001 I have a Bradshaw designed Rocktron PatchMate with midi switching and control. It has nine stereo loops/controls. Obviously I'm concerned about noise, etc. and was wondering if I need to use 1/4" shielded cables (guitar) for all the loops or are the patchbay type 1/4" cables good enough? I plan on using it to switch FX/Preamps (SKB Pedalboard, GT-5,2101, GX-700 and a Yamaha G-50 Midi Controller) and a couple stomp boxes along with controlling which amp I'm outputting to.
