I just want to say, the biggest problem is people (in general) don't think music is worth any money anymore. They spend $16 on a CD because of the image and hype generated, they know they can get the music for free and that's all it's worth to them. SO, before government funding for music can be taken seriously you have to do some serious schooling first.
