Dennis_dup2
I am running Nuendo for tracking. I need a great Mastering program for my clients that cant pay mega bucks for Kdisk to do it! I have been looking very strongly at Wavelab 4. Are there others? My brother has Soundfoge 4.5 with the wave bundles that do a great job of getting the levels hot. Can wavelab sound as cool, or cooler. Or are there other packages i should be looking at too? Thanks Dennis

Dennis_dup2
Isnt that just a plug in to go with Wavelab or Soundforge? I have strongly concidered buying that plug in with what ever platform i end up on. So what is Ozone, a platform or Plug in? Dennis
Magpel
I think of SoundForge and Wavelab as being much more than mastering programs--they're full featured audio editors. A pure standalone mastering program would be something more like T-Racks (which I think is pretty cool). I don't know if Ozone is standalone, or a mstering plugin like the Waves C-4. Anderton
Ozone is a plug-in. Sound Forge has some mastering tools, so does Wavelab. I use a lot of the Waves plug-ins for mastering, they're excellent. Joachim P. Dyndale
Ozone is a DirectX plug-in. You can use it in Nuendo... -Joachim Dyndale -------------------- Einstein: The difference between genius and stupidity is: Genius has limits My Blog...
