David King
My friend and customer David Meadows has just launched his http://www.audereaudio.com website. He should be in business in time for the winter NAMM show. I just got a sample and will be testing it and reporting back soon. The circuit functions on a different principal from most. It allows the player to change the input impedance load on their passive pickups to control and recreate their favorite combinations of passive pickups, cord capacitance and amp input impedance. There are various add on features -up to 4 bands of eq, 3 bands with switchable midrange frequency etc. The thing is delightfully small too. David King
I'm getting a different iteration tomorrow. Dave Meadows is moving the mid bands further apart to suit my taste. I'm getting spoiled with this level of service. Being able to change the input impedance is like having three different preamps, - so far that's my favorite feature.
