Although one could potentially find a band member via a forum such as this, it is highly unlikely; it is not geographically centered, most of the folks on here are already playing or don't want to play in a band, and most people ignore these types of threads. You're much better off using something like craigslist.org . craigslist is specifically designed for this sort of thing. Plus, you can narrow your audience down to Seattle instead of the world. I've had good success with craigslist in finding bands, selling goods, buying goods, and sharing venues with other bands. Give it a go. Good luck in your search.
