not coaster MODERATOR
He was great Tedster. I mean Tedster Williams was great. But also The real Tedster is great.. Before Woodstock knocked me on my head my favorite pastime was reading biographies of great baseball players. Tedster, Stan the Man and Dimagg were my picks as the three guys I'd build an empire around. Question: Who are all the retired numbers in Busch stadium? Here's my guess- Lou Brock Bob Gibson Jack Buck Stan Dizzy Red Ozzie (Smith not Ozbourne) How'my doin sports fans?
Tedster
Originally posted by Sylver: What instrument did he play?
He played "Louisville Slugger". Probably only the wooden variety. I doubt he would have used an aluminum one back in the day... Geez, thanks Cereal! I never batted .406 though. And, remember when cereal boxes had baseball cards in them? And I'd have to check on your data there, Cereal, but I could believe it.
