TShakazBlackRoots
After reading Rhonda's interview, her website and watching her play for Prince, I do have a lot of questions I'd like to discuss with her. Given a choice of my dream axe or a weekend jamming with Rhonda....mmmh, let me think... A weekend with Rhonda definately!! TShakazBlackRoots
I'll get on line to spend a weekend playing bass with Rhonda.... Err...how mister? I mean physically spending the weekend with the lady jamming and well, 'talking bass'. kahlil
I would take the bass because then I could sell the bass, buy another one that isn't so great and use the rest of the money to actually be able to pay my rent at the beginning of next month . Although I wish I were in the financial state that would allow me to choose the weekend of learning with Rhonda Smith.
jeremy c
I thought you are a monk, TSBR? Now you want to mess around with Rhonda? I'd take the bass, no question. Then at the end of the weekend I would still be married to my lovely wife. How do I know that Rhonda would even like me? Besides, she's too short for me, I'm 6'1" (1.85 meters). And if I wanted a bass lesson, I'd rather spend the weekend hanging with Chuck Rainey, I already know that we like each other. Free download of my cd!. tnb
No contest - the bass. Beautiful women are a dime a dozen. A dream bass is a dream bass. Anyway, with my dream bass I can get all the beautiful women my wife would allow.
TShakazBlackRoots
Beautiful women are a dime a dozen? Where do you live TNB? On the other hand, beautiful women WHO PLAY FUNKY BASS, trust me, there ain't many Rhonda's out there. I thought you are a monk, TSBR? Now you want to mess around with Rhonda? Oh yes Jeremy, I still I'm a monk, that's why Rhonda would be SO comfortable with me knowing full well that I'm there for the weekend purely for 'jamming......the BASS!' Don't your wives trust you guys? An oh, Jeremy, what has Rhonda's height got do with it? jeremy c
Coyote is right. Here in California you can't go 50 feet without bumping into a beautiful woman. Thank God I'm happily married or else my head would be spinning. And the lovely Rhonda is only 5'1" or so. A whole foot shorter than I am. Not my cup of tea. Free download of my cd!. 73 P Bass
I have the bass of my dreams so a weekend with Rhonda the way to go! Actually, after seeing Prince this weekend, my wife and I came up with an idea for a reality show: Dinner at the Beal's. Our first show we'd like to have John Doe, Prince, David Lee Roth (or better yet Chris Kattan as DLR), and Rhonda Smith. Maybe to mix things up we'd have Dick Cheney. On the menu would be Macaroni with butter and cheese, or sauce (choose one), or fish sticks and Tatertots. "Start listening to music!". -Jeremy C

TShakazBlackRoots
Thank God I'm happily married or else my head would be spinning. Jeremy, Thank God where I'm from you can be happily married with three or four wives! I think California is the place to be for polygamists......beauty every 50 feet eh? Don't you have the largest concentration of plastic surgeons in CA? Or is it Florida? The dream bass can wait. My boutique bass is still in mint condition. Come on here Ms Rhonda, I have some tabs (tablature!!) for us to jam!! TShakazBlackRoots
Oh STREUTH!!! That's way too much plastic being inserted in humans!! Why is it called 'plastic' anyway? Do they actually use plastic? Rhonda is all woman......with a FENDER DELUXE BASS to cap it all!! Even I, a monk, can see that a weekend with her or a bass guitar....NO CONTEST! Afro_Man
Its a difficult descision, a weekend with a woman who is alot older than me, who i don't know or ... my dream bass. I think i'd have to go with the bass, sorry Rhonda, but your name reminds me of Cornish clotted cream. Fred TBP
I don't really need a dream axe because after 34 years I can pick up almost any axe off the wall and shred. A weekend with a fellow bass player of the opposite sex is an invitation to explore the stars. I expect we'll communicate just fine. You can muse on the metaphors. I'm too much of a gentleman for that.
