Basshappi
Well here I am at Post #1000! I was waiting to find some worthwhile thread were I could (attempt to) say something meaningful but I couldnt hold out and instead succumbed to this silly display of adolescent vainglory! * Does Snoopy's "Happy Feet Dance" round and round the computer * I will say that it has been a year(!) full of surprises both good and bad, but mostly good. I have really enjoyed hangin out with all you wonderful folks. I hope that I have proven myself worthy of this fine forum and will continue to be of at least some small service to my fellow Lowdowners. Connie Z
Congratulations Dan!!! But we are actually the ones who should be celebrating, because each of those 1000 posts was a valuable piece of prose for us! And I am super glad that you survived all of the bad things, in order to still be here enjoying all of the good things!!! Anyway, after dcr's post: Oh, sure, you can post in the four digits. But can you post in the four digits without ever saying anything? I began to feel guilty. Now I am revising my strategy. - Matt W.
