MattC
Suprisingly enough, I don't know anyone with the flu. Weird, huh? This is especially so in light of the fact that I spend 35 hours a week catering to thousands of people in the hardware store where I work. The rest of the time is spent on campus in contact with just as many people. There've been a few times this semester when I started to feel a little under the weather but I promptly went to bed forsaking all else and I awoke just fine. ...think funky thoughts... I also avoid the flu shot. Got one in college and spent the next two days with the worst case of flu I have ever had. That was over 10 years ago, and people keep reassuring me that the new shots are different. Doesn't matter, I haven't had the flu since I got it from the shot. The best health tip ever: Wash your hands.Wow Matt that must have been one hell of a flu shot to last ten years
