Jedi
Whatz Up folks, I got one of those old Planet Phatt sound modules and I've hooked it up to my Roland MC-505 Groovebox. I'm using the 505 just for sequencing, but I can't figure out how to change the Midi channels on the Emu Planet Phatt(I bought it used without a manual). The 505 is working fine with other units so I'm pretty sure the problem is not with it. Anybody have experience with one of these Emu strips? So specifically, my question is: How do I get the Planet Phatt sound module to respond to the 505 when I change Midi channels from the 505? Mark Zeger
I'm guessing you can buy a manual from E-Mu, or download one as an Acrobat file. Enabling program changes from your 505 is probably the same on your Planet Phatt as it is on my Proteus. I post again later when I can get to my studio, if you don't already have a response. Jedi
Thanks Mzeger, But I have figured it out. I pulled up the manual on the Emu website. After that it was snap, and I'm off and running. I am veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery happy Now. :thu: Thanks again hermano, Jedi "All conditioned things are impermanent. Work out your own salvation with diligence." The Buddha's Last Words R.I.P.
