Wally Malone
I'll be out for a few days, playing in Bullhead City across the river from Laughlin, Nevada with Rumours, a Fleetwood Mac Tribute. I'll be playing at the Corn Festival on Friday & Saturday night. I most likely won't get to a computer until late Sunday night when I get back. Everyone have a great weekend. Wally I have basses to play, places to be and good music to make!

saxofunk
OMG - I have actually heard of Bullhead City, and Laughlin... and been to both! Do I get a prize? Funny, I must have missed all the corn. DCR - did you just edit out the duplicate smiley? - Matt W.
...
Man, I need to catch your gig sometime, Wally. I'm still feeling shame for missing the big Low Down gathering in the bay area in July. Hopefully soon, man, hopefully soon. Have a good road trip!
_Sweet Willie_
Maybe Rumours will one day come thru the land of the ice and snow out here in the midwest. At the very least, Wally, you and Lady Bo have to make it here for Blues Fest one summer! spreadluv Fanboy? Why, yes! Nordstrand Pickups and Guitars. Messiaen knew how to parlay the funk. _Sweet Willie_
Hey Wally, How'd the weekend Rumours' gigs go? And, of course, the obvious question: what rig did you bring? Did Whappo give you any special extra goodies to take on the road? Peace, --Willie spreadluv Fanboy? Why, yes! Nordstrand Pickups and Guitars. Messiaen knew how to parlay the funk. I used my Eden Metro and my Accugroove Tri-112. I did feel my arms tightening up a bit on the second show Saturday night. I was using my Alembic six-string. When I had the opportunity early September to use the El Whappo the main thing I noticed was how much easier it was on my right hand, I barely had to touch the strings and got this huge sound.
