Tom Capasso
I'm with Ben. And what does it mean to knwo? I've done some digging and may have answers after I'm sure of the question. Please click the "pencil and paper" icon and clarify your question. If I'm correct, it's a good question. thanks Tom www.stoneflyrocks.com Acoustic Color Be practical as well as generous in your ideals. Scoot
BTW Sam, the pencil and paper icon is to the right of the gray rectangle w/ the red square, and just to the left of the upside-down commas. Ah, nice marmot.

Tom Capasso
OK Sam, First, if you know of kits on guitar sites, explore them. Many have a bass pedal hidden away. I can understand why you don't want to spend the time buying and building a guitar pedal, but some folks do use guitar pedals for bass. The MXR 90 Phase is one example. Look at www.paia.com. They used to show all of their kits on-line (including at least one bass pedal), but now you have to get their catalog. There is a section there about a book written by Craig Anderton (who is a music/recording/electronics wiz at EQ magazine and runs the SSS board here). You can buy the stuff to make Craig's projects on this site. You can get lots of books on kit projects, and many electronics outlets on-line sell the kind of parts you would need. One such is www.vibroworld.com. Finally (and a bit off topic) there is a site called www.troubledvariance.com. I heard that they sell kits, but didn't see anything like that at their site. You might write them to see. The reason I mention it is that their pedals look really cool... Tom www.stoneflyrocks.com Acoustic Color Be practical as well as generous in your ideals. _Sweet Willie_
And Sam, thanks for going back over your message. It looks like you've been making a more conscious effort with your writing. I know we can be a bunch of rabid dogs on folks when their brains and their fingers are going at different paces, but I wanted to let you know that I've noticed in your recent posts that you seem to be putting in a little extra effort on the writing. Thanks for that, and keep on keepin' on. Can't help you with the pedals, though. Sorry. spreadluv Fanboy? Why, yes! Nordstrand Pickups and Guitars. Messiaen knew how to parlay the funk.
