emo_joe
Anyone ever heard of them? i found some combos on www.gak.co.uk, they seem really good value - 120 watts with loads of features for £199 (in uk pounds sterling)!!! i'm looking for a first upgrade amp from my 10 watt practise combo, and i need one i can use for practise, recording and small gigs - would i be better off getting that one or, say, a marshall or fender which has less power for a higher price? music-man
You'd be better off buying a used amp by a manufacturer that uses solid components ... and that doesn't slap its own label on cheaply-built knock-offs of other companies' products. ... not that I have an opinion on this or anything. g.
I hear the Behringer amps are sewn in Kathy Lee Gifford's old overseas haunts ; } .
alexclaber
The cheek of Behringer will never cease to amaze me. Can anyone say Hartke? Alex Barefaced Ltd - ultra lightweight, high ouput, toneful bass cabs
saxofunk
I test-thumped a Berhinger at the local bass shop one afternoon. Thoroughly not impressed - lacked bottom end, lacked flava. Try before you buy - compare to SWR LA series or Peavey combo and I bet you leave the Berhinger behind. - Matt W.
