Their music was featured in several American films, as well, including "Clerks", "Singles", "The Faculty", and "Last Action Hero". You've probably heard them if you've been to the cinema lately. The singer had a clear, husky, baritone voice with very little vibrato. Their vocals were often sung in tight two-part harmony, unique in the grunge/alternative genre. If you check out Alice In Chains, I won't promise that you'll like them - I didn't at first - but you will discover a band and a singer with a very distinctive style. The Black Knight always triumphs!
