On-Track Recording Posted March 22, 2002 Share Posted March 22, 2002 Since I'm not rich or anything (I can't afford a UV22), I have to do my dithering in the software realm. Anybody know of a good, yet not too expensive, software dithering plug that I can insert at the end of a plug-in chain (a la DX or VST)? I have one that came with my Sonic Foundry programs. Is that a good one? Also, can anyone give me some tips as to the proper way to use dithering? Are there certain settings that work the best?
