Before i slam down 1700.00 on a Motu 1296 i wanted to see if anyone had opinions on them or other converters. How does the 1296 stack up against its competiton. Is it a worthy competitor? Against the Nuendo hardware or even the apogee stuff. I am somewhat comitted to the MOTU stuff, but would concider jumping ship. So tell me....how are the 1296's??
