Studio design, Things you wished you did

Recommended Posts

I've always taken the saying learn from your mistakes to heart and do my best to. I think it's also nice to try and stay one step ahead of the game. In my next studio there are alot of things i'd do different, like always have an access hole to your live room. put your rack gear on rollers, and make sure you have A/C!!! I was wondering how many rooms were a normal ( control, live, drum, iso, etc. ) and if you could what more you would add? Just a curious thought I've had. Have fun the sky is the limit.

Well I wish I did studio design AT ALL Instead of just stuffing stuff in a room for years and years and kinda in retrospect realize "oh shit, this is a STUDIO now !! " Moving that bookshelf up on that desk, tho (behind the laptop) actuall killed a shitload of standing waves tho!!! /Z
