OK, Happy Newt Years!

Oh, I mean Happy New Tires!

No wait,(let me turn down the TV news)...Ok :

Happy New Year.

It's my favorite holiday because it's non-denominational & hyper-cultural, everybody celebrates it!

Plus, because of the arbitrary nature of time as humans measure it, it can be celebrated anytime, any day!

Well according to the onboard organic computer in my jet-car, Wewus will continue moving during 2005:

January :NC as cable guy

Feb-Mar :Alaska on oil rig as caterer

Apr - August: Myanmar as resort entertainment director

Sept-Nov: Ekilstuna Sweden as chaffeur for Mats Olsson

Dec: NC, unemployed or lobster fisherman.

Happy New Year from the midwest, land of grain-fed beef, corn, tornados, and Jesse James.

Of course, now that we're here in 2005, we finally got our transporters, phasers, and dilythium crystal-powered warp drive hover vehicles. You all in Collie-foahnia...western Canada, Alaska, etc... will just have to wait.

HEY EVERYBODY -- From the bottom of my heart, thanks for continuing to amaze, delight, and encourage me. Y'all are the absolute best!! I hope you all have a fantastic 2005 and I thank you -- again -- for everything you have contributed to so many people.

It's times like this that I think maybe there is intelligent life on earth...

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Said it in the other thread, but Happy New Year again..... now that it's rolled over the mark.

Craig, "YOU" are one of the main reasons that some of us hang around this place. It wouldn't be the same without your presence and mentoring. Some big names have entered and passed across your stage here, and though they are intelligent and share bits and pieces of their life to enlighten and entertain us momentarily, it is YOU that keeps that spotlight shining bright.

You are saying thank you to us, but it is WE that should be thanking you.... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

To All...

Have a great and safe holiday and a wonderful New Year!!!!

The beauty of this whole thing is that it is a collaborative effort. The reason why I keep thanking all of you is that this would be a pretty boring place with just me. Everyone who posts here is a "star" in their own right, and have their own contribution to make to this planet.

I am just very, very happy that you have chosen to make some of those contributions within the context of SSS. Many people have benefitted from your collective wisdom and perspective.

Tne reason why "the light shines bright" here isn't because of me. I just happen to know where the fuse box is .

Love to all.

That definitely belongs in Phait's "Quotable forum quotes". Reminds me of something maybe Leslie Neilsen would say in one of those goofy comedies. :D

Happy New Year again!

And of course "the fuse box" bit belongs in there, too... :D
