techristian
What do you think of the AKAI DSP12 ? I may be able to get one for under $500. I already have computer based recording, but I'm thinking of this more for PORTABLE multi-track recording. techristian
I just wanted to know if this thing has microphone inputs and if the ROM/OS is on the JAZZ disk. I've read all of specifications. I know this is only a 44.1/16 type of setup but it is the portability that I'm interested in. Robman2
Ted, AKAI was HARD disk before TASCAM and YAMAHA got it down. I still have the early DR4D's (2) and they work fine... Nothing wrong with that box at all...and remember, the MPC's all use that evolution of chip engine for samples...
