Calfee Jones
You might be thinking about John Whynot. I'm not sure he was nominated, but a couple of the records he worked on with Lucinda Williams were nominated. I think there is a thread over on the Studio Business forum. - Calfee Jones
remainanon
Some tracks I recorded have been nominated for various categories, but George actually got his name on a ballot! So he takes precedence. Also, that CD does sound marvellous!! All you NARAS members take note, and get your ballots in on time! Time for Al Schmidt to take a break from the Grammy podium!!! Tedster
They never put the most interesting categories on TV. All we get to see is Britney/Sync. "Cisco Kid, was a friend of mine"
