The one guitarist I'd truly love to see at that tribute is Jeff Beck himself. 

I did get to see him open for BB King, grateful to hear such fine music.

 

There's no doubt in my mind that this show will be monetized somehow, DVD is a good way. 

The costs for the venue, travel and accommodations for the guest artists, etc., that piles up high quickly. 

Gotta find a way to cover that, maybe there will be something left over to donate to charity.

I'm surprised that Jimmy Page and Ronnie Wood are not a part of this (yet).  They are both longtime friends of Jeff.

I wish that Johnny Depp was NOT part of that line-up; that lousy album and the horrid FAKE live videos were total dreck that I wish I had not heard or seen at all. Other than Jeff's impeccable guitar playing, utter garbage.
