Has anyone any experience of CME WIDI?

Does it work in a live stage environment?

i only use a WIDIBUD Pro because of issues getting a WIFI connection to my Gemini module in order to make preset adjustments.  The WIDBUD Pro allows me to connect to the Gemini from my tablet/phone using bluetooth and then I can edit the module that way.  In that case latency is not an issue. Haven't used one for playing so I can't comment.  I think Jordan Rudess endorses one; if he actually uses it live and has experienced any severe latency I'm sure he would have trashed it.  I also saw a youtube video of a guy connecting his Roland Axe to his synth using the CME product.  I think it would be worth taking a shot at it; it is a little pricey depending on how many you would need.  I would think if you wanted to use a Roland Axe and roam the stage then it is probably worth it.  For a stationary setup, for me, the climb's not worth the view.  I have enough hookup issues to troubleshoot.  I will tell you that two times my CME disconnected from two feet away when trying to adjust my Gemini module.  Not a big deal in that scenario but that would be a big deal if I were in the middle of a lead.  It took a bit to re-establish the connection.

Yes, and yes!  WIDI Master, WIDI Bud Pro and WIDI Jack. Only issue (?) with WIDI Jack is when using a battery supply you need one that supports low current flow.
