The timeless act of two horses facing off at night in the California desert. The two horse sculptures are illuminated by a full moon and light from a handheld ProtoMachines light painting device during the exposure. These enormous life-sized sculptures were created by Ricardo Breceda, Borrego Springs, CA. This may appear in a future book of night photography and history that I am working on right now.
