Anderton Posted March 26, 2022 Share Posted March 26, 2022 Sardines are incredibly nutritious, and popping open a tin and dumping the contents into a small bowl is about as fast a prep time as is possible. But here's the tip: Get the sardines that are packed in oil, but don't have any other things added, like olives or whatever. Mix in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Grey Poupon mustard with the sardines. It elevates the taste, and makes it more interesting. I have done this in the past and concur. 👍 I'm thinking it is good with a refreshing glass of Tito's vodka with fresh lime and club soda. Screams summertime.
