Steve Force
Not earth shattering, I have a great bread making machine that I use and I follow the recipe religiously. I own a Zojirushi home bakery super that kicks ass, and four hours later I have a delicious loaf of bread. yawn. Well, I cut the bread in two, I freeze half of it and I put the other half in the refrigerator. Then, I slice the bread, Cut it into two pieces, and then toast it. It does not suck, believe me. 1 Steve Force, Durham, North Carolina -------- My Professional Websites
Dave Bryce
We have a bread maker too. Used to use it all the time - LOVE fresh bread. Wife is gluten-free currently, too…so I probably shouldn’t bring it up. dB 1 ==> David Bryce Music • Funky Young Monks <==
The Real MC
Love fresh bread. I don't review my cookbooks very often, now that I have my own home with a good kitchen I should see what bread recipes are in there.
Mark Zeger
I swear by the Mark Bitman speedy no-knead recipe. Very easy, only requires a bowl and wooden spoon to mix, and takes maybe 4.5 hours. It’s also great cut into rolls and baked on a pizza stone.
