ElmerJFudd
"blackcorporation_jp It"s been a while since the last BC poly synth release. Please meet ISE-NIN. GovernorSilver
For convenience: https://cdm.link/2021/05/black-corporation-jupiter-8-recreation-ise-nin/ I don't think any of their synths is an exact clone of a famous polysynth, so I anticipate this being another "inspired by" synth rather than a clone. Tom Fiala
Any sounds posted yet? Or just a cool looking photograph of the front panel? Quote Tom F. "It is what it is."
GovernorSilver
Black Corporation has a track record of posting a photo-only teaser, then following up with actual product in a fraction of the time it takes some other companies to do the same thing. I know some people wish all companies would stay silent until the new synth is practically ready to go into production, but it is what it is. Marzzz
It will still take them the better part of a year to get this into the hands of musicians, but I am glad that someone is finally picking up the Jupiter 8 gauntlet. I have a lot of respect for Roman and Black Corp., but will definitely want to get hands on before ordering.
conundrum
1000 euros +tax/customs for diy? I guess that involves a lot of soldering?
ABECK
Are the Black-Corp kits complete? I thought I read on another forum that the kit price is just the PCBs and you have to source all the components and casing separate.
Tom Fiala
Are there any details on the proposed feature set available? I haven't seen any on the Black Corp. website or FB site. I have several minor suggestions, as a DD owner, for user convenience...like a bigger screen, fewer wall warts and a proper manual! Quote Tom F. "It is what it is."
