Cool photos! That would be a spectacular place to shoot in, day or night.

 

We have a similar prison here, but the chances of shooting there at night are probably pretty slim.

Oh, that's amazing looking. What place is that? I'll bet that's plenty creepy at night as well.

That's the prison that John Belushi is released from in the opening scenes of The Blues Brothers (the scene at the end of the movie, when the whole band has been arrested and is playing on stage in the mess hall, was filmed on a set in Hollywood).

 

If I had unlimited free time, I could probably do my homework and join the historical society that gives tours there and eventually earn enough trust to gain access to shoot there on my own schedule (day or night regardless), but so far that free time hasn't materialized yet. It's kind of a long drive away.

It looks fantastic. I would love to photograph there at some point. Of course, if you think it's far for you, well, it's reeeeeally far for me!!
