Steve Nathan Posted December 2, 2020 Share Posted December 2, 2020 I upgraded Session Horns to Session Horns Pro, but I can't get it to show the keyswitches or respond to input from the MIDI controller when I play the key switch notes. Their site support options kinda suck imho. Anyone know a way around to get to tech support? They say they have chat Mon-Fri, but it always says, "no one's available now" Never mind. My pal Jimmy Nichols helped me figure out the problem. Tried several times to get rid of this post but I get We Encountered A Problem This post may no longer be deleted. The community forums are populated with people who geek out for that particular product, and have the knowledge to address almost all of our user problems. So if I am not getting help from the company's tech support (NI in this case), I will look for a community forum for that company/product, and address my question there. I'm glad you got it working.
