Joe Muscara
Last night, Matt of Roswell Pro Audio and the guys from Ultimate Studios hosted their first Virtual Showroom on YouTube, where they demoed the Mini K47 vs. the Mini K87 live in studio. They plan to have a few more of these episodes every week on Thursday nights, on both the Roswell and Ultimate Studio channels, I guess. They'll demo various Roswell mics in different use cases. Here's the first episode. Quote "I'm so crazy, I don't know this is impossible! Hoo hoo!" - Daffy Duck "The good news is that once you start piano you never have to worry about getting laid again. KuruPrionz
Thanks! I forgot all about it. I will make a note to remind me, tiny brain won't go like it used to. I am very interested in Roswell mics (and some of the Mic-Parts mics too!!!) I especially want to learn more about the Colares. Dr Mike Metlay
Great company, great people, great mics. I adore my Mini K47. SamuelBLupowitz
I'm far from a mic connoisseur, but damn it, I love my (er, well, my workplace's) Delphos so much. And Matt is a gem. Definitely considering a pair of Mini K47s as my next studio purchase. I've been lucky to have a pair of Sennheiser MKH40s for drum overheads, but it's good to have options (and to be able to mic drums and stereo piano simultaneously in a session), and if somebody's going to get my money... Tom Williams
When I went hunting for my first "serious" recording mic, a couple of folks on this forum pointed me to the mini-K47. I could not be happier. Thanks, folks. Quote -Tom Williams {First Name} {at} AirNetworking {dot} com PC4-7, PX-5S, AX-Edge, PC361
