theblue1
This weekend I experimented with MusicMatch MX 'online radio'... the Artist on Demand tier. Which is pretty cool in a lot of ways and occasionally kind of frustrating. I have to decide by tomorrow whether or not to go for a whole 3 months ($6/mo by the quarter, or $5/mo if you pay for a year). Pretty sure I will. Right now I seem to be hearing Eric Dolphy, but MM MX is running on my laptop in the other room, so that's a guess. -- OOPS... I went out and checked... make that Coltrane's Nature Boy. bookmark these: news.google.com | m-w dictionary | wikipedia encyclopedia | Columbia Encyclopedia TK Major / one blue nine | myspace.com/onebluenine

Supposedly Paul Johnson of the Waxing Poetics was doing some work on some live music the Lisas had recorded over the years for an upcoming live CD. Should be fun. Thanks Dak. TeleCarlos
Horay for Rensonic! You ARE going to see The Mars Volta, right? You'll enjoy it! Well, the Franz Ferdinand is kicking my butt with their velvety boots. Reminds me of cool music made before I was born, played by guys that KNOW how to play, in a loosey, vibey way. What can I say, I like it!!! Oh, and the Ben Kweller CD is... man, it's teaching me the stuff I should have learned in tha first place. GOOD songs, attitude, and love for what you are doing. I wish I could be like them (that's my compliment). So much good music... so little time. Like the New Radicals song: "Isn't....wonderful to be alive!!!!" Later dudes.
