Jazz+
Lloyd Glenn (1909-1985) .One of the leaders of west coast blues. I know him from T-Bone Walker and Lowell Fullson records, but he had a lot of his own trio releases. He eventually settled in L.A. Adan
Cool, I didn't know him, thanks for sharing. At the risk of sounding like the grammar police, it's "y'all" if you're addressing one person, "all y'all" if more than one. bennyray
Never heard of him but the dude got mad skills plus the sound of an ol' school piano is very refreshing.
jahfume
Dr John copped his style early on and refers to Lloyd Glen in his music books and videos. Come to think of it I think we are long overdue a Mack Rebenac trio album - last one was back in the 80s.
