Sp3nc3r
It's 10:00 pm local time (8:30 Eastern) and today was gorgeous spring day here in lovely St.John's. I was cycling this morning and everything - first time for the new season. In a few hours all that nice weather is going to change; DRASTICALLY! Overnight, my region is supposed to get hit with a "weather bomb". If it was just rain, I'd be cool with it. But, NOOO!! It's gonna drop 30 farking centimetres (1' for you Impericallists) of SNOW!!!! SNOW!!! A FOOT OF STUPID SNOW!!! FOR THE END OF APRIL!!!! I'd rather get my testicles crushed in vice grips - and I'm a snow fan! I was soo looking forward to enjoying springtime here.... Sorry to vent, but I had the shovels put away for the year already. Cheers! Spencer "I prefer to beat my opponents the old-fashioned way....BRUTALLY!!!!" revolead
I can't sympathize dude. It snowed last June in Colorado. Not enough to stick, but it was scientifically-verified snow. And it always snows in April around here. No one puts away their shovels until June. Shut up and play.

PBBPaul
You should know that you NEVER put the shovels away until May 31st. Our new and improved website Today's sample tune: Lonesome One
Bonedog
Hey Spence, Gimme a call tomorrow and I'll come and help you shovel out.... Yup. I'm not impressed either my man. All I can say is that it probably won't stay too long judging by the extended forecast. Scott http://www.gearboxmusic.com

Sp3nc3r
Hey, I love snow and everything about it. But getting 30cm in one shot after I've already been on the bike - PLUS 90km/h winds, is enough to make me cry. Once I start riding for the year, I'd rather stay at it. As for the shovelling, Thanks Scott, but it's only a couple of sidewalks. It's still an excuse to get outdoors that I'm kinda selfish over. Besides, like you're saying, it's probably not going to be hanging around long. Anyhoo, I'm slightly hung over, now. And truth be told, my vice grips are rusted together Cheers! dementia13
It snowed here two weeks ago, 3 or 4 inches. Nobody could believe it. It's not just that it was only 2 days short of the frost date, a month after we ever get snow here, it's that it was the only snow we got all winter. It had been 80 degrees out a couple of days before. There wasn't even any precipitation in the forecast.
