Morten79
I'm curious about how the onboard overdrive compares between the 2 boards I can't find any good videos(especially with the viscount) that cover this issue and there's no stores in Denmark were they are displayed. Thanks in advance
Six-string-man
They are both excellent, I use a T&F on my Legend, and nothing on my Mojo. My Ventilator is currently in it's box on a shelf. Occasionally, do something nice for a total stranger. They'll wonder what the hell is going on!
Morten79
Nothing on the mojo. Would you that's because it's a little better on it's own?
Al Coda
... I use a T&F on my Legend ... How ? Is it inserted into the Legend´s FX loop (which I guess is mono). Did you experience any drawbacks ´cause the signal is phase reversed on Lounsberry pedal´s output ? A.C.
Morten79
And one more question Built quality is a big issue for me. Are they both really well built?

Six-string-man
Nothing on the mojo. Would you that's because it's a little better on it's own? I wouldn't say it's better, I just feel that the sound from the Mojo suits me the way it is, I don't need to add anything. Occasionally, do something nice for a total stranger. Six-string-man
And one more question Built quality is a big issue for me. Are they both really well built? Yes, the build quality on both is first class. I think when you get to the standard of Nord/Hammond/Crumar/Viscount, you needn't hace any worries about the craftsmanship. Occasionally, do something nice for a total stranger. Mitch Towne
I have had both side by side. I felt the drive of the Legend is a little too sizzly. Its not as warm as Id have liked. Neither of them need a Ventilator. The build quality of both is excellent. The drawbars on the Mojo feel more realistic, if thats something of interest to you. Kurt W
I have both a Legend Live and a Mojo 61. Agree they don't need a Ventilator. But I think both benefit from a Ventilator. Both in drive and fast Leslie realism.

Paul Harrison
... I use a T&F on my Legend ... How ? Is it inserted into the Legend´s FX loop (which I guess is mono). Did you experience any drawbacks ´cause the signal is phase reversed on Lounsberry pedal´s output ? I also use the T&F in the effects loop on my Legend. The Legend's internal overdrive is OK, but the T&F is better, smoother. I turn it down for a touch of grease for jazz and turn it up for a crunchy growl for blues. Yes, the T&F reverses phase (like many units of this type), but the Legend's effects loop is an insert, not a mix, so phase reversal is not an issue. Both in drive and fast Leslie realism. I have a Legend, and its internal Leslie is very good, but I am using a Ventilator instead because it has front stop and adjustable (faster) ramp up/down speed.
