desertbluesman
I never heard a Dumble amp except for Stevie Ray Vaughn (if he ever played one on the TV shows I have seen him on, or on his albums) So what I don't know, I don't need to wish for. :idk In fact I never really thought Stevie Ray's tone on his albums was all that great anyways. I am more of a Santana smooth overdrive fan. I sure liked Stevie Ray's playing however regardless of the tone of his amp. dbm If it sounds good, it is good !! http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=143231&content=music

whitefang
?? Did they name those amps after the company founder, or their customers in general? Whitefang I started out with NOTHING...and I still have most of it left!

whitefang
Knowing(and remembering) how cruel kids can be I can well imagine what he went through as a kid with a name like that. But he sure found a way to thumb HIS nose at 'em, didn't he? Whitefang I started out with NOTHING...and I still have most of it left!
