I assume you will be controlling VSTs of some sort?

 

Personally I like both keyboards and I can play classical on both with no issues.

 

Given that, I use a PX5S since it gives me the benefit of built in sounds that are easily modified, as well as good controller capability, with the exception of an expression pedal input.

I easily overcome that by plugging the expression pedal into my top board, since Mainstage doesn't care where the CC#'s come from.

I have a Casio (560M - I think similar keyboard to Px5) - I like the responsiveness and feel compared to my Yamaha YUS5 acoustic.

 

But in terms of realistic touch and interaction tweak-ability with software, the Roland A-88 is worth investigating. The A-88 also works with Roland RPU-3 triple pedal, 1/2 damper capability.
