Danzilla
Very cool. I've seen Steve Morse live in several different bands, but never with the Dixie Dregs. Closest was a Steve Morse Band show with T Lavitz opening, and they played several Dregs tunes together. I will see if they come near enough to me to check out this tour. On a tangent, I have a bootleg video cassette (collecting dust somewhere) of a show that I heard was one of his favorites at the time - sitting in with Spinal Tap for Big Bottom! Fortunately, someone else has it, too and posted it. whitefang
This IS good news! I'll have to keep up with dates and places, and maybe( but I won't hold my breath) I'll be able to make one of them. Whitefang I started out with NOTHING...and I still have most of it left!
desertbluesman
Morse and the Dregs are favorites of mine. I do not go to concerts anymore, but that one should be killer for those that do. dbm If it sounds good, it is good !! http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=143231&content=music
skipclone 1
He is one of the few amazing guitar players I have met and spoken to, after a show with his post-Dregs band. In fact the first question I asked was, if he had plans to reunite with the Dregs. He said he was settled with the band he had for the time being. This is very kool news! I hope there is new recording to go with it. Same old surprises, brand new cliches- Skipsounds on Soundclick: www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandid=602491
