I appreciate you too Ken. You're a real part of this virtual space.

 

I first met Ken back in 1968, when we were both working at a guitar factory in Mexico. Ken had developed this thing called The Bolt On Neck. Little did we know then, that this would become the industry standard for inexpensive guitars.

 

We worked together in that factory for years, but we also spent a lot of time at the beaches, near there. Ken become so adept at surfing that he was approached by The International Surfing Association to give seminars world wide, which he declined because of his work with guitars and also because of his dedication to music.

 

At that time he was involved with four different bands, in four different genres of music, and each one was to become an influence in that genre, although Ken never made a dime off of any of them.

 

Ken was, and always has been a man that followed his own muse, and for that I salute him.
