Beatmaker E.I. Posted March 14, 2004 Share Posted March 14, 2004 Hey Craig and all, I can't launch my Ableton Live that came with my Digi 002 rack. It installs ok. I followed all the instructions but it keeps giving me this message: Can't create directory "Ableton" in directory "Macintosh HD: Library: Application Support" I need help. I went to the Digi site and saw a thread in their forum with a few suggestions, but they are not working. I have a G5 1.8. Running Panther 10.3.2, and Protools 6.2.3 Please help. Beatmaker E.I. I ran the Disk Utility in Panther to verify and repair my permissions and Live booted without a hitch! God is good, he led me to open a copy of MacAddict's Official Mac Handbook magazine and they had an article titled- "13 steps to a healthy Mac". The"repair permissions" just happened to be one of them. Again thanks for all the help Beatmaker E.I.
