songrytr Posted March 13, 2004 Share Posted March 13, 2004 I got a Canon Powershot A70 3.2mp about a year ago for just under $300. Hooks right up to the iBook via USB. I forgot how much fun photography could be. Be sure to investigate the battery situation. Some proprietary batteries last a long time but you have to have a few of them if you're doing a long day of shooting - sometimes not very cost effective. My Canon takes AAs so I can just buy a brick of 'em at Costco (or wherever I happen to be). Go get that camera! this house is empty now... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
