Not to muddy the waters, but while checking out the thomann.de link CEB put up, I noticed they have the Roland VR09 for $572!!

that's a really good deal, about 30% less than what I paid. shipping is only ~$32 too.

Wonder if that means Roland is starting to blow out their VR09's to replace with something else?

Actually the B2000 DSP Plug in from Scope PCI Cards that are 15 years old is where Ferrofish design came from.

Juergen was an engineer and also designed the high end converters like the A32.

I used it as my B3 until I got the HX-3.

You could google for a B2000 Klangbox.

1U hardware version that allows draw bars to be ganged onto an expression pedal.

Jazz and blues not so good but a great sound for prog rock.

Super loud thunky percussion.

The B4000 is an old Creamware product. What I don't know is if the remnants of Creamware is still now Sonic Core distributes Ferrofish or if Sonic Core is now kaput and Ferrofish is a new company with all the old IP. If the B4000 has a pre Creamware pro Genesis I don't know. I know Kindermann was a Creamware engineer. The Creamware Moog emulation was really cool.
