Woo-hoo! Long-time lurker, first-time caller. No, wait...I'm not on the phone (well, I would be if I was on a dialup connection).

Greetings to all the MusicPlayers and a big thanks to Mr. O'Keefe for introducing me to these forums. I had the pleasure to meet a few of you at the NAMM show and I'm looking forward to some good conversations here on the SSS and elsewhere in the forums.

I'm a singer/songwriter who has spent a good amount of time circulating through many So Cal venues. I didn't become the rock star I expected to be when I was young and dumb but I've had a darn good time trying and I've been lucky enough to share the stage with some pretty cool people.

Speaking of cool people, I'm currently working with the esteemed Mr. O'Keefe on the BEST tracks I've ever done. After all these years I've finally found a true partner in Pure Pop. Took long enough.... :D

OK. Enough rambling for my first official post.

This is gonna be FUN!

this house is empty now...

...for Now People. ;):D

Thanks for the kind words. :o They're definitely some of the best tracks I've ever been fortunate enough to work on. :thu:

A little more introduction to Songrytr: This guy's got some of the most hook laden songs I've ever heard. He's a serious keyboardist with GREAT time and feel... and he's got a very distinctive and fun to listen to voice with a lot of expressiveness. He's a bit "left" of me politically (should fit in just fine with the majority here ;) ), but I don't hold that aganst him. :D He's very intelligent, extremely knowledgeable about music, and on top of all that, he's a very nice and thoughtful person. I consider him one of those people that you feel fortunate to have met in your life.

You guys are gonna enjoy chatting with him.

please never push her away

patrick son there ain't anyone

who could love you more than me

I'll post 'em in the thread of a million soon.

I gotta play 'em about fifty or sixty times and then I'll get 'em "in the can" ahahahah!

just two days ago, I got to play those dittys for the chillins.

I used to sing just the chorus to patrick. I'd sang it soft and rocky and bluesy and like a scot'(he really liked that) so I decided to make a whole tune out of it. and I HAD to do one for his brother. and I just had to do another for his sisters. and I HAD to do one for mamma. but I got carried away and wrote three for his mamma. thats THREE for her, ONE EACH for bothe boyes and ONE for the girls. I feel like I been in a writing hurricane. no really! I got KEEF RICHARDS HAIR NOW! writing arranging rearringing and recording for days and days and days. leaves one a bit silly if you know what I mean.

I'm takin a day jus' for me today, thaunk you very much..

and so I'm gonna do a cover or two to round out the flavors and call it a collection of love tunes.

maybe.. G.L.W.

um, thaunks for lettink me share.

you kin figger oot the rest. it's just a silly song for a six montrhe olde baby/ he's just happy to hear his name and is happy cause everyone is singing it.. I was hoping mamma would be happy too. she took the lyrics. she still ain't too happy at all. .

I gave the song to her and him. in fact I gave all the songs I wrote about 'em to them.

she got all the lyrics.

I got copies.

I still have the written lyrics of the ones written out. .

I typed most of them on the computer.

only three on paper the olde fashioned way.

the end..

thanks for lettin' me share.. again..
