While I agree with Basshappi that it IS a bass guitar, I also understand J.Dan - I don't see these guys doing the bass line to "Proud Mary" or "Blurred Lines" on said instruments. To each their own, though! I'll never be a bass innovator, and I'm glad to see some people choose to go down a different path than the one I opted for! "I'm a work in progress."
