Look into the Highly Liquid UMR2. Designed to work with almost any polyphonic synth and it does work with the P5. Only note on/off but easier and cheaper than the other options.

I would go for the Kenton.

I have that one in my P5 Rev 3.2.

It adds among other things, velocity (albeit monophonic) to VCF and/or VCA. Even if it affects all the voices the same, it makes it a new instrument. I have a hard time playing from its own keyboard as I got so used to the velocity.
