WillNeverPost Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Now why didn't _I_ think of this? [video:youtube] Note as well the fluorescent lime-green PX-5S!
hurricane hugo Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 I like it! http://blip.fm/invite/WorkRelease
EscapeRocks Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 cool dude. Hangs out on the PX5S group on Facebook. Always coming up with wonderfully "out there" stands that fit perfectly with his gig. If you notice, not only is his PX5S stand angled, it rotates. Heck, I've got an engine hoist in my garage I cam make a stand with. hmmmmmmm David Gig Rig:Yamaha CK88 | Arturia Keylab 61mk2 | Mainstage
timwat Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 Imaginative stands. Dude seems to be having a great time, which is not a small thing. Seems like a good player too. But.... ....I could not hear a thing he was playing. Except for that two seconds of maybe was that some treated piano patch (or was it...), I was convinced he was only playing into his IEMs. ..
Annuello Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Maybe I should make a trampoline stand, with springs all around. I could then pound the keyboard as much as I like. Annuello. "That's total combat gigging!" - Adam Burgess
RABid Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 I think the drummer's girlfriend was mixing that night. This post edited for speling. My Sweetwater Gear Exchange Page
MotiDave Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 i applaud this young man who clearly understand the point of rock is to rock out! I don't think I could play a swinging keyboard. that thing in his pocket, looks like a stuffed animal macaw biting his ass. thats cool! the three guys sitting in plastic picnic chairs in front of him crack me up. WTF are they doing there? try to contain that excitement, gentlemen! The baiting I do is purely for entertainment value. Please feel free to ignore it.
MAJUSCULE Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 I think it was a drum clinic. If there's one thing I've learned about drummers over the years, it's that once they start watching a clinic/workshop, nothing else that is happening on stage matters. Nothing. I guess that's why Dr. Teeth is Dr. Teeth and Animal is Animal, right? Eric Website Gear page
