Michele C.
Anyone has tried one of these? It looks as they are aiming at the light combo market niche, the place for the G&K MB150 or the MarkBass CMD121, but the price is much lower. http://www.tcelectronic.com/bg250-family/ -- Michele Costabile (http://proxybar.net)
J. Dan
The bass player in one of my bands uses the BG250-112. It is really lightweight and plenty of volume. He doesn't really use the tone print stuff on it, but from what I understand, you can download models, etc. It's pretty surprising how much he gets out of that little combo. Dan Acoustic/Electric stringed instruments ranging from 4 to 230 strings, hammered, picked, fingered, slapped, and plucked. Analog and Digital Electronic instruments, reeds, and throat/mouth.
