b5pilot
I've joined the club and got my first upright bass! Yeah it's not a dog house but it's a start. It's a Stagg 3/4 size electric upright. I was at the music store and saw it. The price was right so I got it. It also came with a gig bag. It's definitely a different animal and it's going to take some time getting my intonation and technique down enough to be passable but so far playing it has been a blast. It sounds pretty good, not exactly like a regular acoustic upright, but close enough. http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg285/wildwookster/staggbass.jpg Lydian mode?
