This is quite possibly my favorite Monty Python sketch of all time. The moment when the black sax player turns into a Scotsman is without a doubt the hardest I ever laughed at a Monty Python sketch. I still lose it.

I don't know if the word "fun" can be used in the same sentence! This past week has been a headache.

I can imagine! It sounds like there was quite a bite of angst over this and that the divisions will take some time to heal.

My sympathies.

Best,

Geoff

Okay, so this is my tribute to today's vote for Scottish Independence.

So if Scotland votes to leave the U.K., you can't say the Pythons didn't warn you.

Talk about prescient- I never noticed that the first Scotsformation was named "Harold Potter"

All my friends in Edinburgh are saying that win or lose this had a great effect in waking up the public consciousness. I suppose we are venturing into political territory here though.

Let's just say I'm glad things will be back to business as usual up there, but with a more engaged public.
