blong5150
I'll bet they can't use the XPS name in the US due to Dell probably having the copyright. Roland Jupiter 80, Roland FA-08, Yamaha MOXF6, Nektar Impact LX61, Macbook Air
RABid
Construction is much like the a800 pro controller series. I agree. Looks like the controller line with build in sounds. This post edited for speling.
HAMEGZ
More than 1,500 sounds are built in, centered mainly on sounds that are indispensable for any music scene, such as piano, organ, strings, brass and synth. Many sounds are derived from JUNO-Di. A recycled Juno DI? Sounds from legendary Roland products (D-50, XP-60/30/10, SRX expansion series, etc.) which have been recognized around the world as having gained classic status are provided. Going the RETRO route?? Also almost sounds like a cater to the "world instrument" crowd(not that there is anything wrong with that) with the reference to tuning sample import, etc.. Entry level performance board with some "dated" sounds, (what is old is new though) Why no mention on Roland main or Roland USA??A Google search doesn't turn up much SpaceStation V3, MoxF6,PX5S,Hammond-SK2,Artis7,Stage2-73, KronosX-73,MS Pro145,Ventilator,OB DB1,Lester K Toys: RIP died in the flood of 8/16 1930 Hammond AV, 1970s Leslie 145, 1974 Rhodes Stage
MorayM
I believe Korg have made some "world music"-specific instruments in the past with a focus on non-western tunings. They were never sold in Europe/US. Can't remember anything more about them, I think they were related to their arranger range? North Haverbrook - Godsticks - SoundCloud

You hit it on the head with the reference to the tuning options. Clearly being marketed at the growing Indian/Asian market.
